HP 15t 7FQ32AV_1 (2019) Budget 15.6″ Laptop
The HP 15t 7FQ32AV_1 (2019) is one of the laptop models from the budget-friendly HP 15 series. Among affordable laptops, the 15t 7FQ32AV_1 stands out with its dedicated video card options, which is important for gaming. While most of the similar laptops only use the basic Intel UHD integrated graphics for game rendering, the HP 15t 7FQ32AV_1 can be equipped with the Nvidia GeForce MX130 2GB or GeForce MX250 4GB video card. These cards aren’t even close performance-wise to the real gaming-class video cards such as the Nvidia GeForce GTX. But they, especially the GeForce MX250 4GB, can offer noticeable improvement over the Intel UHD graphics, which is the basic option in the 7FQ32AV_1 and many other notebooks.
The main downside of this notebook model are its viewing angles. They are narrower than on the IPS wide viewing angle screens you can find on pricier laptops. The display has either the basic HD or sharper Full HD resolution, depending on customers’ choice.
For main computing, the laptop uses a fast processor – the 10th Gen Intel Core i7-10510U. It’s an upper-mid-range chip that provides very smooth and snappy user experience, especially when combined with fast solid state drive storage. Thankfully, the laptop is available with SSD storage options of 256 and 512 Gigabytes. For more storage space, customers can combine the 256GB SSD with a slower but spacious 1-Terabyte hard drive. RAM sizes are generous – 12GB and 16GB. Any of these is more than enough for effortless multitasking with multiple programs and browser tabs running simultaneously.
The battery inside the 7FQ32AV_1 has a capacity of 41 WHr, which isn’t high. But, it’s typical for budget laptops.
Another feature worth mentioning is the notebook’s optional keyboard backlight.
Besides the 15t 7FQ32AV_1, HP also offers the similar 15t 7DF84AV_1 / 8QQ67AV_1 from the same HP 15t 2019 series.
