HP 15t (V1Z72AV_1 / ver. 2016) Budget Laptop with Optional Touch, Intel CPUs, Up to 2TB HDD
The HP 15t (V1Z72AV_1 / 2016 version) is the most basic full-size laptop by Hewlett-Packard. The configurable 15.6-inch notebook model comes with optional touchscreen, entry-level to mid-range Intel processors, and up to 12GB of system memory. As a stand-out feature, the HP 15t V1Z72AV_1 optionally has a plenty of storage: up to 2-Terabyte hard disk drive, which is two times and four times larger than usual 1TB and 500GB HDDs, respectively.
This classic notebook has the standard 1366-by-768 screen resolution or optionally Full HD 1920×1080 and lacks IPS for wide viewing angles. The laptop does have a built-in DVD burner. It also includes a full-size keyboard with numeric pad but no backlight, trackpad with physically separated click buttons, stereo speakers, 802.11 N or AC Wi-Fi and wired Ethernet LAN network connections, webcam, two USB 2.0 and one USB 3.0 ports, HDMI video jack, a media card reader, mic/headphone combo jack, and optional Bluetooth.
Regarding computing performance, it varies depending on the processor choice. Available are the basic Intel Pentium N3700, a bit faster Intel Core i3-5005U, and mid-range i5-6200U. All of these CPUs can handle well all your day-to-day home and office tasks. If you do more intensive stuff like media creation, recommended is the Intel Core i5 chip. The HP 15t V1Z72AV_1 isn’t offered with a dedicated video card option, so gaming relies only on Intel’s basic integrated graphics. It’s good only for casual and light games. For the best gaming performance among the offered CPU options, you can choose the i5-6200U with the Intel HD 520 IGP.
As for battery life, Hewlett-Packard optimistically claims it can last up to 6 hours on a charge. The machine is available with a 3-cell 31WHr or higher-capacity 4-cell 41WHr battery. You should note that battery life depends on CPU choice as one of the factors, with slower chips consuming less power than the faster ones.
The computer weighs in at 4.7 pounds and is 1″ thick, meaning it is relatively portable 15.6-incher.
HP’s 15t is available in five colors: silver, white, blue, teal, and red.
The laptop ships with the latest Windows 10 version pre-installed.
If you wan’t a better equipped but still not too pricey laptop, you can check out the HP Pavilion 15t with optional Intel Core i7 CPU, dedicated graphics, solid state drive storage, and keyboard backlight. Also, the HP 15z as AMD-powered variant is available.

Which is better out of 3825u and n3540? Is the difference significant?
3825u doesnt have intel hd clear video technology, and n3540 doesnt have intel clear video tech. does it mean that they will give inferior video quality compared to 4005u or the processors which have this tech like celeron 3050u?
Can all these processors play 1080p videos smoothly?
Which processor will be sufficient if i have to watch hd movies on gom player etc ( can open more than one gom players) and surf or watch videos on internet simultaneously?
