|Screen Resolution||1366x768 pixels HD
This is an entry-level screen resolution, oftentimes found on budget laptops. It doesn't deliver picture sharpness and space on the screen like the Full HD or higher resolution laptop displays do.
1920x1080 pixels Full HD
Full HD is the most common laptop screen resolution today. It provides a good image sharpness and a decent amount of space on the display for the user interface and programs. However, it isn't as good as the top-tier 4K Ultra HD.

128GB is a relatively small storage space. However, it is usable if you don't store a lot of large files like movies and don't install a lot of programs.
256GB is a decent capacity. If you tend to download and store a lot of large files like movies and install many programs, 512GB or more is a better choice.
1000GB (1TB) HDD
1TB is an excellent storage capacity, but HDD is a slow type of storage.
2000GB (2TB) HDD
2TB is a huge storage capacity, but HDD is a slow type of storage.

Hi, I have found a maintenance manual for this model. It’s here: http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c05493257
There’s a guide in it for removing the bottom (page 50) and accessing the notebook’s hard drive (page 57). But keep in mind that only the battery and optical drive are “Customer Self-Repair” parts. HDD, SSD, RAM and other internal parts are “Authorized Service Provider” parts. This means that replacing the HDD yourself will maybe void your warranty, so please check with your seller whether that’s the case.
